About Rick
Rick Tadda is Erik’s son, and the second generation of the family in this office.
He took a Bachelor of Science in Business from Louisiana State University before returning to LSU for law school, where he earned his Juris Doctor together with a Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center in 2019, cum laude. He was named a Dean Scholar in 2016, 2017, and 2018, and received CALI Awards for excellence in Obligations and in Legal Professions, the awards given to the highest-scoring student in a subject.
He is admitted in all Louisiana state courts, before the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and in the Middle, Eastern, and Western District Courts of Louisiana.
How Rick works
Rick’s practice sits squarely in the firm’s core work: plaintiff personal injury, motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, and workers’ compensation, along with slip and fall claims and traffic matters.
A firm this size means he is not carrying a caseload assembled by someone else and handed down. He works files the same way everyone here does, which is directly, and clients reach him rather than a case manager who speaks for him.
