About Jeremy
Jeremy Hader came to law as a second career, and the route he took is unusual enough to be worth setting out.
He earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Louisiana Tech University in 1998, then a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University in 2000. He qualified as a certified public accountant. He then returned to LSU for law school, taking his Juris Doctor together with a Bachelor of Civil Law from the LSU Law Center in 2006, and was admitted in Louisiana that year.
He clerked for this firm while he was in law school and has been here ever since his admission in 2006.
His profile records that one hundred percent of his practice is devoted to litigation. That is a genuine distinction in a field where a great many matters resolve without anyone ever filing suit, and it means the firm has someone whose working life is spent on the cases that do not settle quietly.
How Jeremy works
Jeremy’s practice is the broadest in the office. Alongside the firm’s core motor vehicle and workers’ compensation work, he handles admiralty and maritime matters, Social Security disability, insurance law, and wrongful death claims, and his profile also lists criminal, DUI and DWI, traffic, and income taxation work.
Social Security disability in particular often runs alongside a serious work injury, and having both handled in the same office spares a client the work of explaining the same medical history twice.
On the accounting background, it is worth being accurate about what it does and does not do. It is genuinely useful to the running of the firm. Where a case turns on proving future wage loss, the firm hires an economist and a vocational rehabilitation counselor to establish those figures, because that is specialist testimony rather than arithmetic.
Most of the firm’s work is car accident claims and workers’ compensation, handled from one office in Baton Rouge for clients across the surrounding parishes. The full list of practice areas and the story of the firm are a click away.

Tadda Law Firm has been such an amazing help throughout the last few months. After being involved in an accident, I cannot express how thankful we were to have Jeremy by our side during this time! He was extremely helpful, answered any questions we had quickly, and greeted us with a welcoming smile each time we met. If you’re searching for an attorney, I highly recommend reaching out to Jeremy! I would leave 6 stars if I could.
